A. We are not responsible for customs charges. Customs in different countries charge their own fees which are not associated with our shipping cost. They are their own entity and reserve the right to charge as they see fit.
Q. How is the shipping cost charged?
A. There is a USD $50 flat rate of shipping internationally. This fee is for goods weighing 2kg. If you order goods less than 2kg, please note that you will still be charged USD $50 as it is the minimum shipping fee. You will notice that on all items in our store on the product description it states how much those goods weigh.
