Q. What do l do if my product is damaged?


A. If your product is damaged, please notify us within 48 hours upon receiving it.
Please take a photo of the damaged product and send the photo to sales@espritmeadows.com where the photos will be assessed. lf in agreement, we will send a replacement product for free with your next order. However, in the event that upon assessing the photos we fail to identify the damage, the products must be returned in their original condition inorder to qualify for a refund or exchange of products. The customer will be responsible fo all shipping costs incurred.
